Faten Agency, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT:

• any information provided through the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current;
• the Service will be available at any specific time or location;
• any defects or errors will be corrected;
• the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components; or
• your use of the Service will produce any particular outcome or result.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You acknowledge and agree that Faten Agency shall not be responsible for any materials or information transmitted or received, or not transmitted or received, through the Service. Faten Agency shall also not be liable for the content, conduct, or infringement of rights by any third party.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Faten Agency, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING:

• events beyond their reasonable control;
• loss, corruption, or inaccuracy of data, interruption of use, or costs incurred in obtaining substitute technology, products, or services;
• indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, reliance, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, profits, or goodwill; or
• damages exceeding the greater of the total fees paid by you to Faten Agency during the preceding twelve (12) months or US$50.00.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF Faten Agency HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Some states and other jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
